My practice lives at the intersection of craft and structure. I care about the things you see: flows that feel inevitable, interfaces that hold up under pressure, screens that don't ask too much of the person using them. And I care equally about the things you don't: the research habits that keep teams honest, the processes that outlast the sprint, the shared language that lets you move fast without losing quality.
A lot of that thinking was shaped at Mox Bank — where I spent two years building one of Hong Kong's first challenger banks from scratch. Earning trust with every onboarding screen, every spend view, every edge case resolved taught me one thing clearly: stability in a product isn't an accident. It's a design decision made thousands of times.
Since then I've led design at Binance, Plum, and Moniepoint — shipping products in crowded markets, and building the teams and processes that made that repeatable. I'm drawn to organisations at an inflection point. Places where raising the bar on craft can shape a company's culture, not just its product.
